Shipping Policy
We offer FREE shipping on all UK orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat shipping rate of £3.95 applies.
For international orders, shipping is FREE on orders over £99. Orders below £99 are charged a flat rate of £9.95.
International deliveries typically arrive within 10–21 working days. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us at info@neomagic.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we reserve the right to charge for reshipping along with a £10.00 handling fee.
